Sale Terms & Conditions:
Cash or Check. All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale and will not be released
until after settlement has been made. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in
full unless prior arrangements have been made.
Announcements:
Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed
material in the catalog and other announcements.
Liabilities:
All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk, HCC and all individuals associated
with the sale assumes no liabilities for any accidents that may occur.

Insurance on Purchases & Risk:
All animals are at owner’s risk prior to their sale and become property of the purchaser
as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer. Insurance information will be available on sale day.
Trucking:
All bulls will be delivered free of charge within a 100 mile radius.
All other deliveries will be charged on a per mile basis.
